I. Orders
- The business of the online store is the sale of footwear

- Orders in the online Store are accepted electronically on a completed form
- The ordering party is informed about the status of the order by e-mail
- In the event that the ordered goods are not in stock, the Ordering Party will be informed about this by phone or e-mail
- Prices of products in the online store include VAT
- The ordered goods are shipped to Poland
II. Order fulfillment
- The goods are shipped within 1 business day from the moment of placing the order (cash on delivery) and 1 business day from the moment of posting the payment (prepayment)
- If the Customer chooses the payment method by transfer, electronic payment or payment card - from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account.

- The entity providing online payment services is PayPal and TPay
- The seller refunds the payment using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return that does not involve any costs for him.

- Delivery costs apply to one shipment, regardless of the number of pairs in the shipment
- Orders can be combined into one shipment. When placing another order, the customer enters the delivery method for one shipment - "personal collection"
V. Exchange
- Exchange of purchased goods (wrong size, model) is possible

VI. Complaints
- The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods without defects

- The complaint will be resolved within 14 days
VII. Withdrawal from the contract
- A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may, within 14 calendar days, withdraw from it without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in Article 33, Article 34(2) and Article 35 of the Act on Consumer Rights. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the declaration before its expiry. - The deadline for withdrawing from the contract begins upon receipt of the product
- The buyer bears the direct cost of delivering the shoes to the seller
- The consumer is obliged to return the shoes to the seller immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract.
- The Seller is obliged to immediately, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the contract, return all payments made by him. However, it may withhold the refund of the payment until it receives the returned goods or until the consumer provides proof of its shipment.
